Default Lifted Trucks

I have a 1999 1500 with a three inch suspension lift and a 3 inch body lift. I am running 305-70-16 tires. In the last month, (the truck has 125,000 miles on it) I have had the transmission rebuilt and the seals replaced in the diffential. How bad does lifting your truck affect life of drivetrain?

It's not so much the lifting as it is bigger tires without re-gearing.
