Looking for mod ideas

I have a 2001 1500 Ram 4x4 sport ex cab short box red
Be happy to hear some mod ideas and some things others have done to simular trucks.
Already have single in dual out muffler w/ tips out the back but am considering replasing it with a y pipe.
give me some ideas and pic are allways great too
