Default DIY correct way tho flush a Trans. cooler

I know there is a post on here somewhere on how to flush the rad cooler. I just changed the fluid in my tranny(47re) and it came out burnt and sticking . Can someone tell me the correcdt way to back flush the rad cooler. As for how much air psi etc. The magnet in the bottom of my pan pan had alot of crap on it,so I assume the cooler has to be stopped up or almost. Hope this will solve some of my issues I have been havng Thx..
