No! 96 is OBD1.

So what should i use then? KRC? Im very uneducated only 16

I believe the best you can do is a Mopar Performance PCM. You can search the web or EBAY for them. But they are not an adjustable tuner like a 3815. There are also places you can send your PCM and have it flashed, but probably not worth the expense. IIRC , Summit and Jeg's have the mopar PCm

1996 is technically OBD II (the first year of it), however, 1996 and 1997 were kind of half-a**ed OBD II, hence why many programmers don't like those years. Full, "real" OBD II wasn't implemented until 1998, IIRC.

I agree with zman, the Mopar Performance PCM would be the best route.

The SCT tuner supports Magnum motors down to the 1996 model year. If thats not
something your interested in check out a piggyback system like the SMT8.
