Question Missing fluids

I'm losing about 1.5 quarts of oil every 5,000 miles.
I'm losing coolant at a rate I actually haven't marked down yet.

Plenum has been replaced and checked.
timing cover gasket has been replaced and checked.
I'm not seeing an visible signs of leakage.

I'm thinking its the heads or the head gaskets.
Any input on where else to look would be helpful.

If its heads I know what I'm spending tax return money on.

Any gunk on the bottom of the oil fill cap? I think white gunk means water/antifreeze in the oil. A blown head gasket sometimes pushes the dipstick out too right?

It could just be condensation as well. You should see white smoke in the exhaust if it was the gasket. You should also see it in the oil.
