I recently bought a 2001 Ram. It is set up with the keyless entry, but did not come with a remote. How do you program a remote when you don't have one at all? All the sites I've looked at and the owner's manual say I need a remote in order to program another one.

 

You gotta do some key on off thing like 8 times with the key stopping on the on position at the 8th time. You hit the button on the fob and the doors with lock. They might lock then unlock I forget. Thats the basics of it somebody can probably go into better detail then that.
