1994 ram upshifts too soon

got a 1994 ram and it seems to upshift early, could this be a TV issue? and what is the adjustment proccedure?

if you 94 is like my 95 we just have i push a button in the sam loction as the link posted,, it actaully alot easyer... lets see if my camara is working
