Transfercase indexing ring, I have only seen one that fits my truck i think

They all say will not fit transfer case with only 4 bolts holding it on,,,,is that the only choice i have or could mine only have 4 bolts, i have not looked into it that much but with more lift a total of 7 inches i will probably want one someone said i need one with 4 inches or more
