Default Suspension or Steering Problem

Hey everyone, I'm new to driving a Dodge Ram. My boss just got a Dodge Ram with a Boss V-snowplow on it to move some snow around on our properties.

Here is my problem:
Whenever I turn the wheel either ALL the way left or ALL the way right and then try to accelerate the truck jerks violently and hesitates like it does not want to drive. This is in 4WD when turning.

I know the guy who taught me how to plow said they replaced the U-joints before, I'm not sure when thought. Also we have upgrade springs for the plow. Any other tips from Dodge Ram snowplowers on stuff I should be getting checked on the truck would be great. It is questionable if the differential has ever been changed, a tranny flush, power steering flush or any that has/needs to be done. I'm not sure how many miles are on it.. I forgot to check but I'm sure it's probably over 100,000.

Yeah, unfortunately when our trucks (and maybe others) are locked into 4wd the u-joints will lock and pop really hard when you are doing a hard turn. The harder the turn the greater the jerk. It sucks, but is normal. I would just try to avoid turning so sharply if you could.
