when the switch is on, do you have 12v at the coil ?
check all fuses, especially the big main ones, also IOD? and ASD? etc

are you saying that when you remove a spark plug from the head, and reconnect the spark plug wire, and ground the plug tip to something on the engine, and turn the starter over --- that you have no spark at the plug ?

it looks lke you've replaced about everything, and i'm not sure what to do next - but
assuming you don't have:
a broken timing chain.
or a broken cam
i don't think timing chain is the right answer
i don't think slipped timing would create "no spark". slipped timing would create a "mis-timed spark".

to me, it sounds like there is still something wrong with either the coil or the distributor.

checking a few basics...
if you remove the dist cap, and turn the starter, does the rotor button spin ?

wait a minute.... in the first post you said you replaced the wires. you mean plug wires (with coil wire) right ?

then in the last post you said you replaced wires. you mean plug wires again, or do you mean the 12v feed?
