Default Decent Price for Exhaust?

I went to a garage today that I've heard had good prices for exhaust. I told him my truck and said I wanted two pipes to come out of the back and I wanted loud. I also asked him about true duals and he said for the year theres too many problems? Something about o2 sensors and something other things. He suggested to me for pretty loud exhaust he could do a cherry bomb extreme pro muffler to 2.5" pipes out of the back. Pricing wise he said with pipes, hangers, tips, ect it would run about $200-250 (not sure if that includes a high flow cat or not but I assume not). Think thats a fair price for an exhaust?

I've been looking around on youtube for videos and it sounds nice but anyone have any suggestions for something louder? I have an 01 1500 5.9 4x4.

The Super 44 cracks real nice if you get on it, IMO. Especially if you get a high flow converter to go in front of it.

I bought my truck with a 40 series flowmaster and it sounded good but i too wanted it loud so i went with with straight pipes. the previous owner had the cat cleaned out (didnt find this out till after) but the bigger tips you put on it the more the "pop".Mine sounds friggin great to hold in 1st gear run it to about 4 grand let and let off the gas. i have 5" by 12" tips angled out the sides and it looks cool too. just my 2 cents

I got off summit for $120 Full 3inch cat back with a turbo muffler , sounds pretty good , and agressive, but quiet when ur on the highway. They also offer at the same price a Dual catback and stuff. They come with all the hangers and clamps needed to assemble. I havent welded it together just camped it together and no leaks, Im not welding cause i tend to change exhaust alot, I went from cherry bomb extreme to true dual glasspacks , to now this. I have a magnaflow cat , not gutted and it still sounds mean.
