No TV Cable Adjustment?

No TV Cable Adjustment?
Hey Guys,
Have a 97 RAM 1500 4X4 5.9/Auto. I've searched and read around on all the TV cable adjustments for firming up shift points, etc. Took the air cleaner box off mine (again) only to find that the setup on mine doesnt appear to have the adjustment capability.
There is a good chance I am missing something, but I read the PDF that has been referenced a few times on this site (http://www.bionicdodge.com/Download/...Adjustment.pdf) and I think mine might have a different (non adjustable) mount where the cable is attached on the passenger side of the intake, etc.
Am I missing an easy one here? I'll get some pics to help describe my issue, maybe I am overlooking something easy on this one.
Thanks guys!

OK, here we go, sorry for the delay. Here is a couple pics. I've had it apart before, when I replaced the heads, and I dont remember it coming completely apart to adjust, like the PDF DIY guide said. Maybe I just need to take it off again to see if it has the ability to come apart and move it back 1/8th of an inch.

Take a look at this, the pics may show you something you don't see. http://bionicdodge.com/Download/Dodg...Adjustment.pdf

OK I know - your TV cable adjustment is different form the one on PDF doc.
You (just like me) don't have a clip to remove, but in the exactly same spot there is a button (black rectangular plastic) you need to PRESS DOWN rather than removing the clip.
You'll be able to move the part that comes out of the retainer back and forth (along with the TV cable).
Make sure the TV cable does not have any slop or is not under tension too much.

So, at the risk of sounding like an idiot, I assume I still have to remove it from the bracket, then I'll be able to see what/where I can press down to adjust? I looked at it as its installed now, and couldnt see where to make the adjustments, as it all looks like its pretty solid, nothing to adjust.
I will peel it out of that bracket its attached to this weekend and see whats up. Thanks!

94Beater, you were exactly right. Thanks for the assist! Adjusted it about 1/4 inch total, shifts like I want now. :-) Had to use a pair of channel locks to get it to move, my wimpy thumb wouldnt quite give it enough to press the button in.
Now we are back to normal on the shift points and firmness. Time to go try to tear something else up. haha
Thanks!!
