Well I've been looking around more and I'm leaning more into picking up the LM-2.
Still debating the whole thing and discussing products with outside sources.

Can some one explain this to me. When I talked to hemifever way back when I started my project. He said get a wideband and I could hook it into the SCT and datalog and send him the info for a better tune. Is that a different kinda dataloging? Hemi's not gonna lie to me I wouldn't think. You said the sct can't do that so I'm a little confused

The SCT tuner cannot data log on our trucks. They are supposedly trying real hard to
make it happen but to my knowledge it hasn't happened yet.

So will the wideband tell the sct anything I can send to hemi?

I'll have to look for that pm. Unless he didn't know that at the time

By using the wide band O2 sensor and a meter to give you the readings, you can give that info to Hemifever for fine tuning. This of course is a crude way of doing it. The best way would be to have something that datalogs the wideband O2 sensor readings along with the TPS, RPMs, and whatever else as they all happen together. That would be the most accurate way to get the programming dialed in. By only using a wideband O2 sensor and generally determining the amount of throttle you were giving it when you took the reading will get you close on programming, but not perfect.

Interesting. Is there a cheap way to data log. Damn this project gets more expensive everyday. I don't even have the engine back yet errrrr

With a wideband Hemifever can dial in your tune for WOT, as this is open loop and ignoring the most sensors. Beyond that, he'll need A/F plus TPS, MAP, and a tach signal to fine tune the rest. The. WOT only tune is still better than him guessing over the internet. When I replaced my heads I'd have never known I was running rich without the LC-1. Hemi just pulled some fuel across the board and now I make more power at WOT and my economy has gone up over 1mpg if I'm behaving myself. That don't happen too often.

I'm gonna give Innovate a call today to see if the LM-2 can log all of that info. I think it can
but I want to be sure before I do it. Hopefully if it all works out I can have it ordered up by
the end of the week.
