sure. 4.10 is 4.10 doesn't matter where it comes from. in fact, you'll need a dana 44 4.10 for the front, and a chrysler 9.25 4.10 fror the rear. however, don't be surprised when you find out that they're hard to find used. most all of these trucks came from the factory w/3.55, and that's about all you find in the junkyard.

2000-2001 were years they offered Off Road editions, I believe. You could get 4.10s from a wrecked one of those.
I lucked out myself. Nabbed a set of 3.92 gears from a friend who never installed them in his 2nd gen before he sold it, front and rear for $150. Just gotta wait until the cash reserves build up for the install.
