Hello,
I have GoodYear P275-60R-17's on custom 17" x 9" Billet Specialties wheels on my 1999 Ram 1500 Sport Quad Cab. It has been lowered 2" in front and 4" in the rear. I think this combo does a nice job of "filling the wheel wells".

What have you done as far as front brakes goes? They look different than stock.
those aren't real rotors, they are just dress up plastic pieces that look cool that go behind the wheel.

You might want to check that size again. 185/65/16 is like a 25.5" tire. My 01 2wd had 225/75 stock (which are tiny) and that's like 29.5" I have 265/75 on there and they really fill out the wheel well, but they are too big for the gears I have on the truck. If you care at all about performance be careful not to go too big unless you plan on re gearing.
