Thanks for the help. Here in Az, it gets up to 115 degrees in the summer so should I put in the coolest thermosat I can? Thanks again.

Putting too cool of a T-stat causes some of us to throw CELs(normally the 160 t stat). But with your year round warm climate u should be fine.
