Default Engine cutoff

Hello, I have a 1999 Ram 4X4, this morning she turned on fine but when I turned around to close my gate, she cutoff and doesn't want to start anymore. I checked the trouble codes and didn't find anything. Can some please point me in the right direction. Thanx

listen for fuel pump whine when you first turn it on. check fuel pressure at the rail or try squirting starting fluid in it to verify that it is or isn't fuel related.

remove a spark plug and check for fire to determine if its electrical.

you need fuel, compression, timing, and spark.

Try testing the ignition coil.

Also check the the fuses in the PDC. When I had the fuse go for my ECM, it would turn over but would never start. I had no spark at the coil or the plugs.

Could also be the cam position sensor or the crank position sensor.

I FIXED IT! Cant believe something so small would give me so much headache. She was running fine and then all in a sudden, she dies out and doesn't want to turn on. I checked for trouble codes and no dice. I started to check all my sensors and coil, all good. When I removed the CPS, I noticed that my rotor had a lot of buildup as well as the cap. The center electrode was totally worn and not making contact. I replaced the cap and rotor and she runs like a champ again. Thanks for the help and I hope this will help someone in the future.
