Default loud squeaking when turning

I bought a '95 Ram 1500 Sport; black of course; automatic, 318; when turning left or right a terrible squeaking noise happens, sounds like the ds, also when going over something like a speed bump too. I am taking it for an inspection sticker and would like to have an idea before getting hit for work by the tech. The PO greased everything with a fitting; could be upper/lower ball joints, shocks, maybe springs? Any thoughts? First truck I have owned.

And, the PO stated he put on a rear bumper; was there some sort of rear valence on this model originally?

Ball joints are more like a clunk. U joints are like a click. Might need new bushing?
