Default ECU questions

So i recently started doing mods to my 318 while ive got it on a stand ie cam roller rockers modded kegger headers, and got thinkin my computer isint gonna let this thing run worth a f^ck if i dont do somthin to it. so i got lookin around and found that hughes engines will re program my ecu for about $500 bucks to what ive modded the engine, thing is i live in BC {Canada} eh....so what i was hoping you guys could tell me is that theres somewhere closer that does that or that theres somthing else out there that will work. ive looked at a few chips and programmers but cant find anything that i think will work.

You need to go with the SCT tuner -- $600 IIRC. Others members have more info on this.

Or send your PCM to B&G Chrysler Performance in MI. -- $350 for one-time flash.

Don't send it to Hughes because they will just forward it to B&G.

+2, if you feel comfortable you can also order the software to tune the SCT your self.
