but when replacing the t-stat aka(thermocapn) to make it a cleaner job get sum hose to plug into the rad drain plug, it so you don't get coolent all over the place.

Yea its a bitch. I don't have any hose on there now. I'm not doing my s stat right now I need to find a good 180?

I didn't find it too hard to change the cap/rotor with just the air filter box off and laying across the top of the motor with my head above the TB. I had to feel for the 2 distributor cap bolts, but they weren't tricky. It does help to pull a spark plug wire off the cap to make it easier to get a socket and extension down there. I used a 1/4" ratchet with a 4" extension and a deep wall socket.

What gapping should they be? On the truck they say .040.

.035, But I got the same plugs as you and they came pre-gapped.
