I was thinking and i am probably wrong here so please don't take it to heart, its just an idea- maybe not even something that could cause this issue. Could it be a throttle body gasket? Probably a stupid statement but just throwing ideas out there....

As far as your misfire issues go, check the plenum.

Seems wierd it will start the engine but not run the PCM

Are you thinking the gasket is leaking?

Yes, It could very well be the issue...
As far as the battery just have it tested. It could cause the stalling issues, but so could the TPS

Hey, I had the battery tested at Battery Direct. My four year old battery passed like it was new. I think I'll change out the TPS (it's only $50) but I still have no power to the purple wire on the IAC harness.

Keep firing those ideas at me!!
