Default Front end noise....I think

I have a 99 2500 4x4 and at a crawl under steering there is a poping noise, when the wheel is straight there is no noise. I have checked the shafts and they are not loose. I had originally thought this noise was coming from the rear becasue I could feel it when in the drivers seat but think I have narrowed it to the front right side. Any help would be greatly welcomed.

3 things off the top of my head to look at: 1. Check the track bar. If you don't know what this is, it is a stabilizer type bar that mounts to the frame on the drivers side, and goes to the axle on the passenger side. One of the functions is to keep your front axle assembly centered in relation to the frame. This bar has a ball joint type of mounting on the drivers side where it mounts to the frame. Mine went out and it seems to be a common problem, especially on the 1-ton versions. Item 2 is your steering joints. Check them all. Item last: your upper and lower arm bushings. My truck also has a pop that can be felt through the floorboard, especially on the passenger side. Of course, check your shocks too. (I guess that one would be Item 4<g&gt Hope you find it.
