Cool New Exhaust put on today!

Hey just wanted to say I finally had the stock muffler cut off and put 2 1/2 inch straight pipe back from the stock cat. It comes out by my rear passenger tire and has a Magnaflow 3 inch tip on it. It sounds damn good!!! My wife even came outside when I pulled up and commented that she really likes how good it sounds! Now that must mean it sounds real good. Thanks for the input from all who answered some of my meat head questions!

you should do it, it sounds really good.

if you tell the exhaust shop what muffler you have then they can take one off the shelf and use it as a template for the y-pipe and your duals will match up. you can also get them to add enough pipe (a little longer than your muffler) and have them flare the ends out so you can just clamp it on yourself and save a good chunk of money.
