Default 2001 Quad cab whins at acceleration

I have a 2001 Dodge Ram Quad small V8 with 226K miles. I started hearing a whining noise so I had the serpentine belt changed out. Now, I only hear the whin when I am at a stop and then accelerate hard. Could it be a tension problem with the belt?

Make sure the tensioner is not frozen in place. Take the belt off and make sure the tensioner has full travel past where it's at when the belt is on.
