Default factory vs. B&M tranny cooler

so i started to get happy with my checking account and ordered the B&m 70264 transmission cooler under the account that i didnt have one....well i took a good look today and noticed a factory cooler sandwiched between the radiator and the a/c coolers. go figure....so what do i do? is this B&M far superior than the factory cooler for the extra $70? has anyone with the towing package replaced it with an aftermarket tranny cooler? i do know that the B&M has a bypass feature only allowing a little amount of fluid to bypass when its cold. and i am moving back home to nebraska this summer. haha. so what are you ideas? install it?

return it and swap it for a remote transmission filter ? get one with 90* fittings.
also get at $5-10 drain plug kit for your pan.
