Default A/C Cruise Control and Radio all dead

None of these things show any life at all. No lights, nothing. Before I start looking around is there anything these all have in common? I checked the fuse for the radio and it's good. Couldn't find fuses for the others.

I checked the radio fuse and it's good. I will swap the A/C relay with another working relay and check that. Didn't see any relays or fuses for the cruise.

Everything is where is should be correct? No holes in the a/c lines? It might need to be recharged.

There is something they have in common, the PDC and the wire harness.
