Default ot sensor question

Hoping someone can help me out with this. I have a 99, 5.9, 1500. I keep getting p0138 and p0141 codes. i replaced the ot sensor. well atleast I think I replaced the right OT sensor.I replaced the sensor after the cat.

My questions are 1. where is this bank 1 sensor2 located? and 2. where is the low voltage inline fuse located? I checked the fuse under the hood and it was good so all thats left is either the inline fuse or i got a a bad sensor from the parts store.

Thanks in advance for all replies

The one after the cat is bank 1 sensor 2. The one you replaced already. Maybe it's bad, or a wire is bad, or, if it's never been changed the cat is bad. And if the cat is bad, so is the lower intake gasket, better known as plenum gasket around here.

wouldn't the cat or gasket throw different codes? I know the can inside cat is rattling. has for 2 years but always passed inspection. I got 30 days to figure this out before inspection is up

If the cat is rattling, then it's bad.
