When I bought my truck, I noticed the headlights were horrible. I bought driving lights that were 2" round, fit right into the stock foglamp holes. I remember a few months back, I did tires on a 2g Ram, and the truck had clear lenses, they weren't ribbed like stock. I was wondering if this was an aftermarket thing you could get, and if they were brighter than stock.

 

I believe 1994 to 1998 used the ribbed fog lights. 1999-2001 used clear non-ribbed fog lights.

However, you can also get aftermarket sets that look stock but are not. Look at mine, for example. Look stock, or very close, but are not.

 

I just got clear headlights and installed them today, and they look freaking sick and also brighter. You can find stuff like that on eBay or other truck websites. I'll get some pics up tomarrow if your interested.

 

Ya that would be cool. Does anyone know a brand name? I was trying to find them yesterday, but all I found were halo euro lights and crap like that.
