Default cheap uprade for rear brakes

so i was just watchin the trucks tv show this morning and they were doing a dana 80 axle swap on a 2500 98 ram, i believe, and they were replacing the brakes. then they had a tech tip. i believe i heard was that you can upgrade the brake wheel cylinder on the drum brakes on dodges that have a small cylinder bore, to a larger bore cylinder from a 1 ton chevy. well im not sure what year chevy, but has anybody heard of an upgrade like this? it would pay off to do some research.

Just do some research (or should I say search ) on this site, and you'll find plenty of threads about this topic.

GM 1 ton from any year in mid-90's. just be careful that it fits right.
TMS Bill said it was great on his 98
