I believe I'll be going with the flowmaster. Ive heard it has a nice deep tone to it. Is there any difference in sound from straight rear exit exhausts, to the side exit exhausts?

no just that it seems louder to you when its out the side because when its out the rear you don't here it as much... you have any ideas on what you want to do as far as the exits?

3" tips might be big on a ricer, but on a truck with 2.5" pipes they're about the smallest you can get.

MAJohs has 4" tips.
