Ebay Headers
those look like low quality welds. i've got some ebay headers and they've been holding up fine for a couple years now.
they did come with the wrong bolts that were really low quality, so you may have to take a trip to lowes with one of your studs and find some grade 8s or better to match.
whatever kind you get, don't put a header wrap on them unless you want to replace them within about 6 months. and be aware that half of the bolts are a real pain to get to and you can't get a torque wrench on them so you just have to torque them by feel.

The key questions to ask the seller would be what type of stainless? (e.g. 304 309, 310,316,321,410,416,420,430,etc-the squence has nothing to do with the rated temp) What type of bolts? grade 8 are not high temp and should not be used. Something like a Pryomet 80A, NCF 3015, or similiar would be right.
I bought some stainless headers off ebay about a month ago for $150. They are pretty good quality but it was almost impossiple to install some of the bolts and I am a automotive technician. I had to but some alen heads, and studs but finally got them installed after 4 nights. They dont leak tho and you can feel a considerable amount of power. I also bought a 14x3 moroso air cleaner and that really helped turn over my 35s. It feels about 2-3 seconds faster 0-60.
