CB Antenna
Ok so ive gone through 2 sets of dual 4ft cb antennas. I keep on snapping them down at the base of the clamp. Once going through Mc. Donalds Drive through and once on a tree. Im trying to find a set of 4 or 5ft black antennas with the spring at the bottom. ive looked on ebay buy i have to buy it all seperate. Is there anyplace out here i can just by it as a set?

I have a 5" spring I bought from Radio Shack I'm putting on mine. The antenna is mounted from the hood, on the drivers side.
Where can you get a low profile cable like in that link (or just a lo pro connector)? I had to wire the cable to the mount, and the wires are bare to the elements. No room for the regular connector.

No TO my hood, it's the mount that sticks out from under your hood, bolts to the fender.

But there isn't room for the standard connector on the wire without hitting the fender, so I had to wire it to the mount, leaving bare wires.
