Ebay Glow Gauges

Anyone use these, are they just stickers ?
This seller gives almost no info on them as far as concept and installation.

These are not actual gauges, they are just faces. You have to completely disassemble the cluster to install these. Unless you know what you're doing you risk damaging any/all of your stock gauges.

if thats the dude im thinking it is thats selling them on ebay.. its a scam. my buddy tried to buy them for his camaro and he got robbed.. dont buy em.

I'll stay away.
Something that cool looking for that cheap, and the seller acting like details are going to expose state secrets, something shady going on.
