Default need help

Just had my truck at exhaust shop today. had new down pipes and magnaflow hi flow cat put on. Well after i picked up truck and made it 1/2 way home truck really started running like crap. It started chuggin, sputtering, then all of a sudden it would grab and take off like normal then it would start all over again!! got it home and now i got a new code po132. anyone know what that code is?

So question is since this is a high flow cat does puter need to re-adjust? could that be all the trouble is? or is it something major wrong? something that can cause engine damage if I take the truck out and run it down the highway to see if i can clear this up?

I called garage and he said he never had that happen before. He told me run it a little bit that maybe the puter needs to re-adjust. but i don't trust him and don't want to cause damage to my motor.

Any suggestions or answers? thanks all

The pre cat o2 sensor is screwed up. Check the wire (as in no damage)and the plug on the end (make sure it's plugged in) You can try resetting the pcm , but I doubt it will help.

BTW, it's something directly related to the work they did, SO, you know what you have to do now.

I can tell you the pcm don't need to be reset for a cat. I'd do what z said and check the 02 sensor wires. I didn't even replace my 02 sensor when I switched cats

They may have had to heat it up, and/or just plain damaged it upon removal.

I think I would take it back and tell them to fix it!

Thanks for advice guys. I went to auto zone and bought 2 new o2 sensors. upon getting before cat sensor out i discovered they 1st off cross threaded the o2 sensor into downpipe destroying the threads on both the pipe and o2 sensor. 2nd. that o2 sensor is shattered internally. it rattles like there's bb's rolling around in it.

So they are going to replace the down pipe and give me $65 for the new o2 sensor I bought. And I am going to stand right there while they do the work this time. oh and since I bought both o2 sensors they are going to put the other on too..

I'm so pissed right now that i think if I saw that skinny lil f@#ker right now I would knock his head off his shoulders.

I will never take another vehicle to that shop again!
