eBay is a great place to look for the harnesses. All the sites posted above do nto carry the harnesses.

I just saw ebay listing but nothing for 5.9......
Do you know guys if usually with a fire the engine internal can be damaged?

Its possible. It would depend on how hot it got I would think. However you gaskets could have been damaged. Do a search on here. Another member had his engine catch on fire. Might be able to find out some info from him

Given that you live in Italy, I would suggest getting your cousin to go to a salvage yard in VA and take pics of a similar trucks wiring harness(es) and removed everything in the engine bay and ship it to you.

You right!.....only problem is that my cousin is 76 YO....not very friendly with salvage yard.....also,very conservative republican....hihihihi
I will check it by ebay.....
