Default a question about shocks??

i have recently put a 2" coil spring spacer on my 99 ram 4x4 5.2 half ton and I am in need of new shocks. Does anyone know if I can use dodge ram 3/4 ton shocks to replace the ones i currently have? I am assuming the 3/4 ton shocks are a little longer than the shocks i have on my half ton. Any response would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

not sure......are you needing shocks anyway or just cause theyre too short?.....if its cause theyre too short, they make extenders that screw onto the shock for real cheap

you might as well buy shocks that are already made for 2" lift. they'll be new and last you a long time

The reason I ask is because I found a GREAT deal on some 2008 2500/3500 Factory shocks, and I want to know 2 things: 1) will they mount right up? and 2) are they a little longer than mine?

I dont think that 3rd gen shocks would fit. Plus the factory Mopar shocks suck ***.
