im not exactly sure what kind of lift i have i do have a small one so my guess would be a 3''

BTW, did we determine what the OP wanted. I have a set of Fabtech hydros on the rear of my ram that have been on there forever. Probably should be replaced but I haven't noticed any issues. The paint even looks good yet!
