Engine bogging down while driving???

Default Engine bogging down while driving???

Its the third time its happened in the past 2 weeks. Im driving down the hi way and the truck, out of nowheres, starts bogging down...wtf!!! I throw it in nuetral and rev it up for a few secs and throw it back in to Drive. What in the world can it be? Fuel pump? It starts with no problem!

My first quess is check the CAT. If you smashed the muffle make sure you didnt smash anything else. =)

Agreed. Get your cat pressure tested at a local muffler shop. If the cat is bad, look at changing the air filter and your O2 sensors. The cat should never fail, and if it does then that means there's a problem with the emissions system.

CAT?? i dont have an air filter in it and last week a put a 1/2 inch tupping down my CAT and smashed all that crap out of it

ya but it sound like a supercharger..

so did it do it before gutting the cat?

Just make sure you have easy flow out the exhaust first................ im kinda confused on the whole situation

Then that is what the problem with your truck is-Something is f-ed up about your cat.
