Don't know about getting rid of the stink on the dog. As far the inside of the truck pour a pound of coffee, fresh out of the can, or slice up some apples, scatter them around and close it up for several days if you don't have to use it every day.

 

At least now you can smoke weed in your truck and not have to worry about anyone smelling it
