i have a 1996 dodge ram and since im goin for the rumble bee look i want the sport bumper but i heard that u gotta get new lights and a bunch of crap. i need some help cus im guessing i can go to the junk yard and find a bumper

I'm pretty sure all you have to do is relocate your fog lights about a foot further out than they are now. If you manage to get the old bumper off and the new bumper on, then I'm pretty sure you can handle that.

and my larmies fog lights got rippedd out that my next question i want halo lights every where in the front fogs and head lights

 

No, you'll want a 99-2001 sport bumper and grill (well the grill doesn't matter so much).
The Early model sport bumpers were the same as the regular bumpers except color matched.

The Newer model sport bumpers were done a bit sportier, and the grill was a bit more 3 dimensional
