Looks a lot like my AR wheel, but I'm not sure if they have a patent on that design, so someone else could make a similar one. Yours is different than mine, though, and not just because mine are 8-bolt. I don't have that raised center, they are full dish with recessed holes for the lug nuts. Here's a better look if you like:
