well, took the yukon by the bodyshop today and got quoted $300......he said for insurance work it would have been about $600 which is what i was guessing it would be....

 

So, he's ripping you off a little, but he would have ripped off the insurance company a lot.

 

My dad does that **** all the time. The man never looks behind him when he backs up.

He had his ram parked behind his olds calais, jumped in the olds one morning, threw it in reverse and slammed into the truck. DOH!

I had my firebird over at his house, i was working on it and was just keeping it there. Well he hops in my moms brand new jeep wrangler savannah, throws in in reverse and broad sides my firebird.

Now my brother and his fiancee live there, im waiting for him to back into one of their cars.

If they do good work, then that is about right for our area. If this was like macco or something I would say that is too high.

 

I agree. I just think I'd be wary of dealing with someone who thinks ripping off an insurance company is OK.

 

someone hit my dads 07 ram in a parkinglot scrached the bumper broke the taillight and put a dint in the bed side and scrached the paint and we got quoted $1100 but the insurance company is going to pay for it. We could have fixed it in like an hour or so but we dont have time.
