Default Question for Bilstein shock owners

Do the regular HD series shocks make the truck sit at stock height? Last year I put on Gabriel load leveler shocks on the rear for towing and they raised the rear of my truck a good 2-3 inches over stock height. I recently purchased some 285/60 BF goodrich radial T/A's for my truck and I think I may need the rear to drop a little bit in order to make it look right with a lower profile tire so I figure I would go with all new Bilsteins since I have always wanted them. I have 275/70s on right now. Here is a pic

I would like to stay away from drop shackles etc..as I tow a 3,000 pound trailer 3-4 days out of the week.
