Default another plenum question

Ok, so I have decided that I need to change my plenum gasket. I have read that most people have used the Hughes Engine kits. I want to make sure I order everything that I am going to need the first time. I belive that I need to order the intake gasket kit with the bolts and also the plenum reinforcing kit. If someone would be kind enough to let me know part numbers that would be great.

I have a 2000 w/5.9

thanks so much.

Also you should do a tune-up with new Champion plugs, Napa Brass cap and rotor, wires, thermostat, and Oxygen sensor.

Thanks. The only thing I have left on that list is the t-stat and oxygen sensor.

The hughes kit with the intake gasket and bolts will include new pan, the intake gasket set, the bolts for the pan and new bolts for the intake which is essentially the parts you need for the job (excluding the other parts you will want to replace since you have it all a part). All the intake bolts are pretty easy to get to with a 3/8 rachet with an extension and a 9/16th socket. You will rely on a 1/2 and 9/16 socket for most of the work. You will also need a 7mm socket and a 10mm socket for the alternator and a 13mm wrench for the dipstick tube (I think it was the dipstick tube, but if not it was something close. I am sure you have already read up on the clutch fan nut. You will need a special tool. Don't mess around with anything but the correct tool or you will waste countless hours and probably end up getting the tool anyway. You will also need an in/lbs torque wrench. Make sure you get one that starts at zero in/lbs. Some start higher than the minimum torque.
