What is the interval for changing the spark plugs, anyway? And aren't you sopposed to change the Cap, Rotor, and wires along with the plugs?

30,000 miles, but on most plugs you could go at least 50k if not more.

As far as changing the cap, rotor, and wires... You need only do that if there's something wrong with the old ones. Doesn't hurt to do it just to be thorough, but deffinetly isn't necessary every 30k miles.

The plugs you can do them at around 30K. Some manufacturers will say 50K or even 100K it's personal preference. Again I pick a number that is easy to remember. I'm not gonna keep a notebook full of notes on every little thing I need to do. I have enough other things to worry about. Cap, Rotor, Wires, Haynes says around 60K-70K. Again that doesn't apply if there is a problem with the wires or cap.
