Purple, when did your S10 get hit? You don't have to get rid of your truck. A Total just means they give you the value of the vehicle and haul it away if you want them to. If you want to take the money and keep the car you can do that too. They will generally knock off a couple off hundred and give you the rest. Sometimes they will give you the full amount and save themselves the towing charges. We did that with a car my dad had many years ago. He got the cash value and he kept driving it wrecked like it was. Good thing, since my sister started learning to drive shortly there after and wrecked it again. That was the end of that car.

Dude, you said "It will be missed." That leads a person to think you were saying "good-by" to it.

Loan more than the value? That sucks!

Jason sometime you have to just ignore little punks that have nothing to say but just want to stick their two cents in. just to get their post numbers in what's "stupid" is someone posting a comment that has nothing to say about a subject. I think Viper should be offended by your comment you just have to ignore insignificient people especially when they think they are more value that they really are. That's why they post smart @$$ comments publically and don't have the gall to PM you. Oh and BTW Purple have a nice day

VWandDodge come on down I have a rice burner that just bought the food and fishing bait (after the new bumper of course)

Are there any modern vehicles that would stand up against a 72 caddy?

I'm going to get a paint match bumper from Certifit.com (local) my question is do I still need all of the plastic adornments on that as well? anyone know there are no pictures on certifit.com that shows I may just have to show up there and look at it.

I dont know why I put in "It will be missed?" Guess I was just bummed out.

The loan was for what we bought it for last year for $3600. Just a little bit more than it is worth!
