Alright i know our trucks are known for transmisson problems and knew it would come sooner or later so give me your imput please. For a while my truck has been going into "limp mode" (as they call it) and will not shift into first gear unless i pull it into first on the column and i was driving today and was coasting down a hill and starting going back up and got on the gas and it just starting reving up... i pulled over put it in park and turned it off then back on and it acted fine but was still in "limp mode"....give me any info you know please.

 

Buy a new one! Problem solved.
