Found that prices range from 40.00 on ebay for brand named kem to 110.00 for Delphi. Advance Auto was 75.00 and ACdelco was 90.00. Standard motor was 80.00

Whats the better brand or does it matter?

I used a Borg Warner from Pepboys. That was the best price/manufacturer quality I could find.

Why would you put an AC Delco in a Dodge?

+4 BWD whenever possible.

BWD from advance is 73.00 with a year warranty and its in stock. thanks for the input

I heavily recommend against buying Brand X sensors. Nothing good will come of it.
