I know in Florida there is no emissions test, and i dont even think there is a inspection test, but i could be wrong. Not to be a thread jacker but is there really a differance in Long tubes compared to shorty headers

Don't forget if you go the true dual exhaust route, you'll have to worry about your front o2 sensor. I would suggest getting a simulator so you don't have to worry about placement/programming of two sensors. I think the simulators run around $100-150.
