1999 ram 2500 cummins oil pan removal
I believe that cross member that gets in the way can be removed,
that or the pan can be slid out some kind of way, and it's not that I've
ever removed an oil pan but I have never heard of having to remove the
engine in order to get it out.
Worst case scenario you might have to loosen the two side motor mounts and then
jack the engine up a bit, without removing it, just lift it some.
But it shouldn't even take that much.
